yeh my story is i saw luffy login my templar and i kicked him off and changed password in time. when i had logged in my account all the stuff i was selling on EM was cancelled and in my exchange market in game. so he was cancelling all my sales and JUST about to start taking my sh.it when i kicked him off. so then he logged dekons acc and stole his stuff.
I (and several notable others) are waiting to see that lowbie dhan MonkeyDLufy grow up to be 30.
But when StrOwnz reported the theft he reported it and the person who did the stealing. As expected in a case like this his account was immediately locked. What I (and StrOwnz) don't understand is why Luffy's accts are not locked while investigations are ongoing?
After StrOwnz got numerous messages that this this guy was running around and bragging of his thefts, he rightfully got angry with PWI and has put that deadline. His account has been locked for a solid week now and that guy is free to run around and be an asshat.
Atzigan, can please take a look into this incident and get it resolved. Thank you.
Im not math wiz. However it appears as if people are running out of time here. *looks at my watch* if im not mistaken they have less than 2 hrs left to make a response as to why the thief is free to roam the game when my character is locked.
this happen to me i got Phishing on private server I notice i couldn't log on and I traded all my stuff on this guy xTheseus he FCKING RUN OFF AND TOOK ALL MY STUFF and i heard he play on this game too.
i hope u get justice don't trust anyone.

Have you never charged back on paypal eagle? I have when someone misrepresented or failed to provide the promised value to what I bought and a non-arbitrated approach fails.
Chargebacks happen here more often than PW's billing department will ever admit to. Do the accounts that do that get banned? You bet your tail feathers! Do yu have any idea how much dekon spent here the last couple months? I do - we talk you see and I know how much money he has been dropping to come back into this game after his hiatus. If someone is pissed off enough over this that he leaves permanently you think a little thing like a ban will stop anyone from charging back his last couple months of RP purchases if they wanted to?
Whether Dekon decides to go that route or not is up to him. If he feels cheated enough he just might. If this gets resolved to his satisfaction (i.e. his stuff returned and the thief banned) he might. But right now he sees this thief freely running around bragging about cheating him after he reported this theft a week ago. Trust me. He is seriously pissed.
Charge backs happens sir. Especially for virtual cash. It happens a lot and not just here. Trust me on that.

Was dekon's 16 hour time limit unreasonable since it was posted on the weekend? Yep - i told him so in raidcall as well. But I think the fact that Luffy is running around bragging about his thefts was the last straw for him.
Lol - if the money of the previous months actually do get charged back from PiW - I'll stop gaming for life.
Do we really need to go through the whole law statements? I can if you insist, but there's little ground for him to stand upon.
How did he get his stuff nicked, anyways? If it's scamming - then whatever PIW might do, is purely goodwill (also quite stupid from Dekon). You should know that, unless they've changed their terms (which i highly doubt) over the past couple years.
I've known certain people scamming empty whole accounts, epics, upgrades, armors - you name it.
That stuff has been used, sold, profited upon and used for other accounts. Those accounts have not been into investigation for a single day and would be still up and going if the owners did not quit the game..(over a year after the scamming took place).
