If your brother can play just fine, have you thought of making a comparison between your devices/PCs? Maybe it will give you a clue why you can't connect and he can.

I guess it doesn't matter what device did I tried for speedtest? I do often online with my iPad.. Even rightnow I check this forum everyday from my iPad, while ofcourse I play GameOn on my Laptop, so I do know the difference between each and every device.. ���� :v
And I know that device doesn't matter for speedtest.. Because I'm using the same Internet provider as my laptop does

so i still facing this exact problem, Can anyone help me??how to fix this problem?i already re install the game couple times, updated my windows, turn off the fire wall and anti virus, but still facing the same problem..
