what does this mean exactly? it says in 2-3 days ill have it to the highest lvl/appropriate character's inventory what if i don't have a char? because i changed server from isen to ran lol.?

What it means is in your IM bag you will have some junk item and in 2-3 days the highest lvl ran/jin char will get the upg in their inventory.

Original upgrade parts were 2x @6k and 2x @8k RPs. That works out to about 28k RPs -- $280 US.
