30 - 50% increased success rate must be a huge reinforcement boost so you can "defeat your enemies easily"(ez mobs).

What they dont explain is that these "boosts" are applied to the base rate.
An ancient/armor upgrade is 10% which with a 50% boost becomes 15% the old ran server 300% made it 30%
Also weap/armor/acc reinforcement is based on the reinforcement goal meaning
You have a chimera sword +5 you use a +3 stone on it the chance is lets say 0.003%
You have a chimera dagger +4 you use a +4 stone on it the chance is also 0.003%
