There was, a long time ago. People who'd have multiple weapons ready for different tasks, being good a decision making and what not. If everyone two-shots everyone that's not the case so much, at the very least individual skill becomes less apparent, and less of a deciding factor. But good players and bad players still exist.

That is really tough and expensive to do here. The only people that can afford that level of 'pro'ness are those that have dropped about $2000+ on their toon. Not wise but those are the ones currently ruling the server.

There's a huge difference at throwing bunch of money just to survive and training ingame for hours to succeed the perfect move. The ones playing Leagues or Counter-Strike can be called pro. The one rolling by luck 73dd instead of 65dd is just "lucky", not pro. Same as rolling 2 feathers +18. You can throw $400 in 2 feathers and still end with +0, and that has nothing to do with being "pro". (been there, done that...)
