Very much doubt I'll get a response, but always worth a shot.
To be fair, for a while we had no idea what it was even caused by. We weren't informed of the gate going down - someone had to put the pieces together on our end first and then had to pursue it before we actually got any info.
This isn't a generic error, though. Everyone is aware of the problem and we can't do anything to make it move any faster. The people in charge of the gate are responding to PlayWith with their own generalized responses/lack of activity. We keep egging them on to move their asses but they're being slow.
I don't see why anyone would go about "uninstalling" the game lol. This won't be a permanent problem, it's just there's literally nothing we can do about it, because it isn't even our problem.
Well, I'm noob with that kind of stuff, I don't know how it works, but if PlayWith isn't satisfied with their service can't you guys replace them or w/e. Isn't firing what motivates ppl to do their job properly, if they aren't motivated already by smth nicer xD
As for uninstalling, what else to do with the game you can't play, as we literally can't play at all.
I'm not gonna wait for it every day to come up, as you yourself said you don't have any time frame. So we move on.

Already wasted time on urohan but since ynk closed those and there is still no solution here...what u suggest to do THH?
There's nobody to fire, though. It's like trying to fire the freighter at a grocery store for a lack of food when there is a drought occurring in a region where the produce comes from.
We're just as upset about this as you guys are.
I'm just saying why take the effort to uninstall when hard drives are so huge these days and other means of entertainment in the meantime can just be downloaded and used.
If this **** wont be fixed till next maint i say" F**K ROHAN 4good, sell all my stuff on EM on ebay or just delete them all idc, fk this!
