everytime i change my skills on the hotbar the way i like then log out, the next time i log in the skills are the way they were originally from my last login ... and i have to move them all around again any way to fix this? thanks.

you need to exit the game with alt+x not alt+f4 then it will save your settings.

relog and game will safe your bar ... i hope :) dont exit lol just relog in character sellection room!
