Doesn't turns on

Hello i have a problem.
I turn on the launcher and it comes on i checked the files no updates needed , then i turn on the play , it turns on the game guard and i when the game guard turns off i waith for 1 minute and i get critical error . and windows is restartint in 1 minute. I turn off fire wall,nod, everything . But it doesnt work . Im using Windows 7. Please Help me :)

No idea but if it let your pc crash ..something is wrong. Very wrong.

I'd delete the whole shebang and re-install it. If your pc still crashes completely, i'd check up on your pc/registry first. It's hard to tell without any specific error message
