Rohan Freezes when i try to login to the game

hello i just downloaded this game yesterday and installed it and and updated and then when i go to run the game to heck prevter mess up and say it collisde with another program so i close every1 and try to re start the game and it tell me rohan is already running would u like to run another one so i press no then i wait a few secs and the game starts and go to the login in screen so i type my user name and password and it does nothing and locks up. if any1 could help me it would be grateful

Close your antivirus its probably conflicting with gameguard.des
