Can't launch game anymore.

It's the second time, im trying pressing on rohanclient.exe and it says '' Rohan online is already running. Would you like to run another? '' altho i haven't it running, not even in task manager, i even restarted pc, but still asking me, and after i press Yes it says - Windows cannot find C:\Rohan_Global\rohanclient.exe' and after that '' unable to run rohan'' i had this problem before, but i had to uninstall just to make it right again. Is there any faster way to fix this? im missing the event now...
