Sealing Square bug/glitch

the Sealing Square bug everyone in game know, it has been for years that people can enter /exit the skill...............and most of the people already enter/ exit the Sealing Square!!!!!
BUT WHY!!! BLOCKED ACCOUNTS FOR THIS BUG???.....Its not a player foul that in the Sealing Square can be ataked from AOE Skills like Wide Pollution/ Wide Forefoot Swing


and i got locked cuz of i use Wide Forefoot Swing and the aoe did hited a Character in the Sealing Square.... Skill info " drains 20% HP of all traget within 10M radius" so is mean who ever near me 10M radius will got hited not???
