Cannot log in or Post in forums ? Here's the solution

If by any chance theres people like me who can't post on forums after making a new ID on Seal Website theres a solution, but it TAKES TIME. 1-2 days depends on the customer service.

1st step go to this web site :

if there's a support help online you can just clik it and wait for reply for the support center and tell him your problem.

if the support center is offline, submit a ticket with this format :

Registered Name:
Registered Forum Name:
Registered Email Address:
Registered Birth Date:
Account Name:
Issue/problem:

Ussually the support center will ask for your ID, and just in case dont add any password on your information.

If you have problem with billing, RPS or such thing.

Date of charge:
Copy of a receipt or transaction number:
Issue/problem:
