my charaters gone and i cant click anything

Hi and hello, its been a long time since i left rohan. And i just got a new laptop, i dont know what the problem is, but i cant see any of my characters, from what i remembered i have 2 or 3 characters. And yes i can click "create" for new character. (edited, just try it back just now, i can click it) but i want my old charaters.

And is it due to my internet connection not strong or this laptop cannot support this game? but at the start before entered rohan i chose "older verison" for stable.

or is it my characters already got delete??? because i left its too long maybe? thats why i cant see it?

i hope i get a reply. and btw my laptop is Lenovo thinkpad x13 gen 1 (i7 10th) 16gb , 512gb ssd (if this is one of the reason why can not run this game)
