To Consider:
1. The additional rates applied in each buff are not gross, but based on original rates.
2. For example, if the base rate for any stage is 50% and the buff is +30%, both rates will not add to 80%.
3. In this case, the calculation will be as follows: (50% x 30%) + 50% = 65%.
4. Cash Costume Enhancement is not considered.
