For the duration of the event, the Refine success rate will be increased by an additional 40%!
Time to improve your equipment!
To Consider:
1. The additional rates applied in each buff are not gross, but based on original rates.
2. For example, if the base rate for any stage is 50% and the buff is +40%, both rates will not add to 90%.
3. In this case, the calculation will be as follows: (50% x 40%) + 50% = 70%.
4. This buff considers both Normal and Special Items. Artisan skill is not affected.
5. NPC [Merchant] Olsen: Placing Rune Stones may not add further odds when the buff is active.
6. Cash Costume Enhancement is not considered.
7. IMPORTANT: Additional Rates Are Only Referential.
