I) Game Download & Installation
1) GM, will we need to download a new full client for the Season Server, or can we use the same client as the main (Ohn) Server?
GM 🧑: You will need to download a new client specifically for the Season Server.

2) GM, I'm having trouble installing the game. What should I do?
GM 🧑: Please make the following validations first:
→ Ensure your system meets the game's minimum requirements.
→ (Recommended) Disable any antivirus or firewall during the installation.
→ Verify that you’ve downloaded the correct client version (File: ROHANEternalVengeance_SS.exe, Size: 3.0GB).

GM 🧑: Please try to download and install the x86 and x64 versions of the multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables. Restart your PC after the installation.

II) Registration Process
3) GM, how do I register for the Season Server?

4) GM, I encountered the error "Your Account is not registered". What should I do?

GM 🧑: This error occurs in most cases when your account hasn't been verified (it also occurs when you type incorrectly the account). Please verify your account by using the following link:

5) GM, I got the message "Invalid Account," what can I do?

GM 🧑: This message usually appears when an account has been banned for some reason. Please submit a ticket through our support platform, and we will assist you further.

6) GM, can I create several accounts for the Season Server?
GM 🧑: While multi-accounting is allowed on the server, we monitor account creation closely. If a very high number of accounts is created (regardless of IP), those accounts may be permanently banned.
Please be cautious with the number of accounts you create, as activity is monitored at all times, and once the account is banned due to that reason, it cannot be released anymore.
7) Can I play on the Main Server and Season Server at the same time on the same PC?
GM 🧑: Yes, you can play both servers at the same time on the same PC, but you’ll need to use different account IDs for each server.
8) GM, Can I use the same account from the main server on the Season Server?
GM 🧑: Yes! You can use the same account, but you will have to create a new character for the Season Server. Your main server characters won’t transfer over.
9) GM, Can I use the same account on both the Main Server and Season Server at the same time?
GM 🧑: No, you can only log in to one server at a time. Make sure to plan accordingly if you want to play on both servers.

IV) Pre-Registration
10) If I pre-registered in September, is it still valid for pre-registration and purchase rewards?
GM 🧑: Yes, pre-registration is only required once per account. If you already pre-registered in September, your registration is still valid.
11) GM, where will I receive my rewards for pre-register?
GM 🧑: All pre-purchase rewards will be sent directly to your Event Inventory in the Season Server on Oct 29th (after maintenance).
Please note that these rewards are only available on the Season Server and cannot be transferred or traded to any other character or account.
IMPORTANT: ⚠️ If you don't have created any character in your account you will not receive the Pre-Registration Rewards⚠️

V) About Server Mechanics
12) GM, how long will the Season Server last?
GM 🧑: Each season will last around 8 weeks. After that, the server will be reset, and a new season will begin (e.g., Season 2, Season 3, etc.).
This process gives players a fresh start with each new season, offering updated content and new challenges.
For the Season 1 the duration will be from <2024.10.15 ~ 2024.12.10> (56 days - 8 weeks)
13) GM, what exactly happens when a Season ends?
GM 🧑: When the Season Server ends, all characters on the Season Server are deleted. However, any Power Badges in your Mall Inventory will remain intact and won’t be deleted.
Also we have a Power Badge Return System that will return your purchased Power Badges in future Seasons that are explained in the question 19). Note that the Power Badge Fragments, which are given as a bonus during the season, will also be removed when the season ends.
14) GM, there will be regular maintenance events in the Season Server?
GM 🧑: Yes, in this case, regular maintenances will be scheduled for the Season Server (every 2 weeks).
These are intended to fix any pending bugs and routine maintenance work (Ruler Exchange, etc). New content will only be added after the season ends.
15) What kind of leveling mechanics will be available?
GM 🧑: The Season Server will include our recent creation: Guide System 🧭 to help you level up efficiently. It’s designed to help you
reach level 115 quickly and offer very special rewards as you progress through your journey! 👉 MORE INFO CLICK HERE
16) What will be the maximum level on the Season Server?
GM 🧑: You can reach up to ULVL (Transcended) 400. Additionally, the experience bar has been significantly reduced, making it much easier to level up compared to the Main Server.
This will allow players to reach higher levels faster on the Season Server.
17) GM, will there be some kind of Event Boost for the Season Server?
GM 🧑: Given that the Season Server requires less experience for leveling but has a limited duration (compared to the Main Server), fast progression is important.
The boost we will introduce is the following:
Monday -> Thursday: +50% EXP, +20% Item Drop.
Friday -> Sunday: +100% EXP, 40% Item Drop, Forge: +15%, +15% Refine, +15% Enhancement
Remember:
⚠️ Only applies for Season Server (Edoneh).
⚠️ Boosts do not work with the Recycle System or NPC Marche.
⚠️ Boosts are based on the success rate. In NPCs, the boost is directly applied.
⚠️ Boosts events do not provide flat values, if the base success chance is 15%, with a 5% boost it would provide a 1.5% additional success chance.
⚠️ To ensure the boost is working correctly in your character, please check your SP status. If the event is still not visible, try doing a quick relog and verify again:

18) If I buy items from the Item Mall that aren't listed under the Season Server Menu, will I still receive them?
GM 🧑: Yes, items bought from the Item Mall or obtained through events like Royal Sword or Vengeful Scratch that aren't listed under the "Season Server Only" menu will still be received and can be used on the Season Server. However, these items won’t provide benefits for the next season. Only the items under the "Season Server Only" menu are specifically designed for use in the Season Server, and using other items is entirely at the user's discretion.
19) GM, how does Power Badge return system work in the Season Server?
GM 🧑: When you purchase Power Badges (PB), you will receive the same number of badges (the equivalent in badges fragments) in the next five seasons. For example, if you purchase
100x Power Badges in Season 1, you will receive 100x Power Badge Fragments for each of the next five seasons, up to Season 6. This table shows how badges accumulate:

* If you purchased in Season 1: 100 PB (Power Badge), you'll receive them back for Seasons 2 to 6.
* If you purchased in Season 2: 100 PB (Power Badge), you'll receive them back for Seasons 3 to 7.
* This process continues, allowing badges purchased in any given season to carry over for the next five seasons.
20) GM, how do I keep track of how many Power Badges I've purchased this season?
GM 🧑: You can use the Item Mall Purchase History feature or check the Accumulate Badge Counter available here:

GM 🧑: Power Badge Fragments are given based on your purchase history from the previous season when a new season starts.
However, since this is the first season on the NA Season Server, there is no prior season's purchase history. Therefore, Power Badge Fragments are not applicable for this season.
💡 Power Badge Fragments can be exchanged for Power Badges at the in-game NPC Ares.
The exchange rate is 1 Power Badge Fragment = 1 Power Badge.

VII) Antivirus Related
22) GM, my Antivirus (Windows Defender) detected this file: Script/Wacatac.B!ml, what can I do?

GM 🧑: This issue has been around for quite some time and is not related to any virus. The GameGuard system sends a "heartbeat" ping, which sometimes causes certain antivirus (specially Windows Defender)
programs to flag rohanclient.exe as a false positive. If this occurs, simply restore the file from your antivirus quarantine and add it to your exceptions list.
23) GM, my Antivirus (Windows Defender) detected this file: Behavior:Win32/DefenseEvasion.A!ml, what can I do?
