my character is scout and..
my skill lvl 6(Fainting Pierce) that we know is 90% chance for make a mark for Psychic Pierce...
but event lvl.6 this Psychic Pierce never success make a mark form fainting pierce...
i try with PVP or PVE for a 100 time..
can you explain or fix this issue sir? or does this skill just work for ranger?

Indeed, we've detected a longstanding bug from the Buff skill Fainting Pierce that's not working properly, (it doesn't slow after using Psychic Pierce). Our devs will be checking this matter and we will update this post as soon we find a solution.
