XG Ticket & +12 Refine Ticket to level 271 weapon that have level reduction tunning

Hi, i want to ask is it possible to use XG refine ticket or +12 refine ticket to any Heavenly Tipareth or Jikael of Chaos weapon that have level requirement reduced by tunning?

For example:
a normal Jikael of Chaos weapon has level 271 requirement and it got tunning grade DG or XG that has option level requirement reduced by -20 which make the required level become 271-20 = 251.

Since the XG Refine ticket and +12 refine ticket has level requirement max of 253 to use.

Anyone ever try this?
or any explanation from GM staff to make it clear is it possible or not?
