1st exam NPC didn't show up when i moved to 1st exam location... and if i talk to taylor again, he just ask me to talk to claire again (yes, i can have two of the same quest about pay 750k and a diamond...). fix it please... don't wanna pay twice

Thanks for fixing the Second Clas Exam Bug, or rather changing the whole exam system to much simpler
