Does Skill Attack improve dmg on Invenom from dhan ?

Regarding your question:

In the scenario you're referring to, it doesn't, only:

-> PvP Attack does increase Invenom for PvP.
-> Elemental Attack on weapons increases it for PVP and PVE.
