[News] Level Jump Issue - Fixed
Greetings, Shiltzians!
We're pleased to announce that Level Jump Rewards issue has been fixed.
- For users who haven't received any rewards from the event, please, close entirely the game, launch the game again, and create a brand-new character to be able to receive corresponding prizes in that new character.
- In case you need to make space for a new character by erasing one and requiring to wait for 7 days for it to be effective: Kindly remember that Level Jump is still on the run until August 01st, which clearly marks a long-enough window time to a non-stop level up.
