[Boost Event] Refine & Gem Skill Blessing

From March 1st until March 14th before maintenance we will be enjoying a boost event for Refine and Skill Gems.

➡ Refine :

For the duration of the event Refine success rate will be increased by an additional 20% (flat amount) which means that if your success rate is 50% you will have 70% with the event!

*This does not apply to grade refine.
*This is applied to NPC and skill refine.
*Artisan refine skill is not affected.

➡ Skill Gem :

For the duration of the event players will enjoy a higher chance in Gem Setting however it comes with an increase in price as well as shown below:

➡Increased Rate

15% -> 25%
40% -> 50%
70% -> 80%

➡Cost Increase

Normal Grade: 35,000 -> 49,000
G Grade: 80,000 -> 112,000
DG Grade: 160,000 -> 224,000
XG Grade: 250,000 -> 350,000

event refine boost +20%, feels like -30% chance succes, sigh,,.,

It's really difficult, I spent 6vstb to refine from +9 to +10, if I knew it would be very difficult I'd better use transcendence sapphire instead of vstb
before the boost event I usually only use a maximum of 3 vstb to refine from +9 to +10

It's either the base rate is lower than what we know from wiki or the rate in this game is just way too wild.
Or maybe both.
It's easier to fail even though it's 15% rate of failure.
While it's hard to succeed with 15% of success rate.
