Recover Old Account and Character

Hi! I played this rohan from 2014 to maybe 2016. I remembered my account and password. But my characters are gone.

Can it be recovered? Or all of old accounts have been wiped?

First of all, we're glad your returning to R.O.H.A.N., bear in mind that as indicated in RBF's Service Closure Announcement all game data would be erased and a RPs compensation would be sent acording to the rps spent during 2020.
