We would like to present our account retrieval policy

Possible reasons for losing the access to R.O.H.A.N. account:

-Get hacked.
-Losing access to the current email address.
-Losing the password.
-Updating the password but forget it.
-Sharing account information.

For any possible reasons for losing access, the owner must send a ticket explaining the issue and he/she must provide the following information in order to recover it.

Account ID:
Nickname:
Name:
Registered email address (the one used for opening the account):
Secret Question and Answer:

This data helps us to verify that the account is yours. If the owner cannot provide that information, unfortunately, it will not be possible to recover the account.

IMPORTANT: In case the account has been shared we will not be able to recover the items. We advise you to be as honest as possible regarding the cause of losing the account.

OTP: In some cases, the player uses the app “Google Authenticator” or installs the extension on his/her personal computer for major security, but they lose access. The previously mentioned information also serves to deactivate the OTP.

REMINDER: Traded, sold, or bought accounts may be permanently banned and its recovery is not guaranteed.
