��Outsider's Login Event - Start.
��Second class balance.

<Changes>

��Royal Sword Season 13 - End.
��Tower of Wishes - End.
��Playtime "Love never Ends" - End.
��Sealed season pass are now tradable.

<Rewards>

��Playtime "Love never Ends" - Supplied.

<Bug Fixed>

��T-Ahkeena's Spirit Stones of 7D can now be tradable.
��Chakra Quests level requirements are working correctly.

<Announcements>

- We are currently working on additional changes to some classes. We would really appreciate hearing your thoughts on these changes.
