When you check your Account Information (https://portal.playrohan.com/Member/Account/Info.html), you will find an 'Account Status' Section.
If your account gets blocked, there you will be able to see the reason and ban period, also follow the history of your account status.

Previous blocked accounts information will not appear there. It will start counting after the application. If you have a previous block, it will tell you to contact the Support Platform.

If your account gets blocked after the application and theres no reason showed, you should contact the Support Platform too.
