SEAL didnt start properly

Good afternoon guys, i just want to ask about problem with my laptop...
i was uusing Win 10 laptop with ryzen 5 3550 H proocessor and vega 8 + rx560x vga

my problem with seal are, after i i run seal auto updater and click start, nothing happen and it just didnt start at all, even game guard didnt start, it just nothing at all... can you guys help me with the problem?
it used to be working before and didnt work after update, i did reinstall the game and redownload the game and still nothing happened, installing direc x and stuff
even compatibility still didnt do anything
