We want to apologize for the dupe issue of the DG Refinement Ticket that we had a week ago. Also, we owe you an explanation on what happened and how was this item created.

Recently, our Development Team had been working on a Refinement Ticket that allows players to refine items without needing to send a ticket through our support platform. We knew that this would be really benefitial for your in-game experience.

Unfortunately, things didn't go the way we intended to and this information got leaked. Resulting on a hacker duping this item and taking advantage over it.
