Could you tell us which bug are you referring too?
We will appreciate if you can make a report including a video or screenshot of this bug to report to the dev. team and fixed as soon as possible.
We also like to declare, that we don't ban players without a reason, can be for an investigation process where the account had been involved with illegal items, to stop a hacked item to keep moving from one account to another after reselling it, detected by our system, or because the player breaks one of our policies. There is always a reason, even more, those banning periods are usually temporal until the investigation is over. If you have doubts about a case of your account we suggest sending a ticket, since the Forum platform is not allowed to review any kind of cases.
