[Update] Instanced Dungeons Daily Entries and more (Sage Tower, Waterway and Einhorn)

Greetings Shiltzians,

We want to let you know that we have been paying close attention to your feedback regarding the latest issue found on the instanced dungeons and decided to make some changes to them.

We believe that this will improve your chances to get more items and increase the time you play together with your buddies.

The following Dungeons will have their Daily Limit Entries changed to:

-Sage Tower (Normal) - 3 times per day
-Einhorn Dungeon - 2 times per day
-Underground Waterway Dungeon - 3 times per day

Additionally, we have buffed the Ranael Manuals so it's easier to craft. Here are their new functions:

We want to inform you that we are still working on fixing the issues and improving overall performance on the instanced dungeons.
We know that it could be seen as a slow process, but we'll get there 💪
