my character and mobs stopped moving so i closed the app and when i tried to re log in it keeps on saying that account is already logged in and wait for 2 mins for it to be disconnected but its going same thing for almost an hour.

That problem has each of the players so don't worry you're not the only one probably the server is down and our staff is looking for its claim.
Yes ! I have had the same condition since this morning and until now has passed the day and still cannot enter.
