Question regarding glacial weapon

I'm trying to forge a glacial weapon, atleast getting the materials together as of now. However, im not entirely sure what its asking for when the forging menu wants an accessory to finish my glacial, can anyone let me know which accessory it is referring to? Thanks

You'll need to put an accessory, such as Blue Diamond Ring for example - these drop in Ronelia

You should find an accessory with stat which suits you str/dex/vit/int/psy it will be applied to final weapon.
