GM please Explained why my account got Banned

Dear GM teams

sorry for incovenience caused
today, i just work from home and my id got banned without spesific reason
with historical information as bellow for your references:
1. 07:00 AM to 11.05 => vending on elim (artisan) and in middle, of this time.
i find cute pet golden spoon hatchling on vending and purchase it, after that continue go vending once again.
2. from 11.05 AM to 11.55 AM => because lunch time, and sometimes i dont have times for play seal online (usually go vending). so today, i took chance to leveling my character at esdelron lake (leveling at devastating titan skull).
since there information updating increases mob monster at that map.
3. 11.55AM to 12.01 PM, i change my character (artisan) and go vending in elim.
4. 12.01 PM => i resume and continue my work when suddenly my character got disconnected on 13.45PM while im on meeting/microsoft team.
i don't fully understand, relating your team decision and judgement to blocked my ID.
im really disappointed with your team decision and judgement, and i even send you the whole picture of my company laptop and my laptop together with anything on table. View Ticket: #348721, please be reasonable when make decision.
