Pet and Cegel Missing

Dear GM and Guys,

I am super curious and surprised. The last time I played (hunting and partying) was around 3 months ago. I got cegel more than 100 Million, 1 Mandra, 1 Kitsune and 1 Black Dr. Owl pet.

I have never shared my account with anybody. So today I decided to play again, but when I am logged in, my Cegel in the bank is 0 and all of my "important" pet are missing. The IGN are Arkath (Ice Wizard) and Artenia (Apostle), server Duran.

Is there a way to track what happened? Is it a bug? or A hack? I really hope somebody can explain it to me. Really sad I hope to be able to play again but, yea these things happened.
