Not connected to the messenger server

I just logged on to the game (Lime Town) and joined a Speed Party that was at Western Red Soil. The party leader summonned me and I told the party that I'm going to restock on potions then join them. After I restocked my potions, I approved the summon but I'm not teleporting. I tried to chat on the party channel but it says "unable to send party chat", then I pressed "G" on my keyboard to open the party menu and there was a pop up saying "not connected to the messenger server"
I tried logging in from my laptop but the same thing happens.
I googled this issue and found nothing. Any help is appreciated

Have the same problem
- unable to party
- unable open friends/party/guild tab
- create and use new account does not seems fixing the issue
- unable to whisper anyone
- unable to see megaphone messages

hypothesis
- there is something wrong with the connection between user's and server's network

this is inconvenience.. just about an hour ago, I could play normally, now I quit the game because can't do anything. Please fix this asap
