Simple , it's not old enough.
It's only if you haven't logged in for a while.
It is an old account has a one year , so why i do not I?
Because You have been playing the game using this account. In order to receive the prize you needed not to log in the game for about 6 months or so, if you logged in even once in that period, automatically you don't receive the prize.
