Server lagging terribly.

Hello dear GM team, it's been almost a week the server having an issue with laggines, spike, or whatever it is, will yall fix this issue ? I totally aware of corona related currently going on that affect your work, but this is really need to be fixed, the game is totally unplayable, do you all expecting us to be an NPC all the time ? Im here to having a good time with friend, sometimes spend this and that, but is it really that hard to fix the lag issue ?
I post it here instead of sending ticket so people across the world know what the heck is currently going on, also everytime i send a ticket it's always same with nonsense reply (TEXTBOOK REPLY) that said server is overloaded bla bla bla!
When will this issue gonna end ? or perhaps its time to quit because the game is no longer playable ?
