[ARUS] Guild Wars Tournament - Season 2

Hello Shiltizens!
We are glad to announce the 2nd season of the Guild wars Deathmatch tournament.
How to participate?
All the guilds at the rankings scores: The top 6 will participate in the tournament
The time frame to rank: from April 9th to 23rd, 2019
START BATTLING TO CLASSIFY!
The GM’s will be in contact with the Guild Masters through Discord channel.
On April 24th:
After the announcement of the guilds classified, we will post the groups formed and the leaders of the guilds on the Top 6 must leave in the comments below their Discord ID and which guild are representing, so we can add them to the Discord event channel (It is not necessary for the leaders that are already on the group).
How the battles will be?
🌟 Each battle will last 12 minutes
🌟 The teams must be formed by the captain (1) as Guild Master, 5 members (a party of 6) and 5 substitutes that cannot be changed during the whole event.
🌟 The GMs will join each participant guild to espectate the battles.
🌟 At this season, we will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Mechanics:
🌟 Classified guilds and groups will be announced on April 24th and guilds will be contacted via discord
🌟 Each guild master will give the official list of participants to the GMs
🌟 During the playoffs, the GMs will announce the leaderboard so each guild can mind their strategy
🌟 After this phase, the top guilds of each group will pass to the next phase
🌟 At the finals, the battle will consist in 3 matches (best of 3).
🌟 The GMs will provide the dates of the battles, the guild masters will be able to choose between week days and weekends.
Points system:
Win=3 pts. Tie= 1pt. Lose= 0 pts
Winning by default will grant 3 Pts.
Rules:
🌟 Any equipment is allowed
🌟 Battle pet is allowed
🌟 Kill the apostle is not allowed
🌟 Base camping is not allowed
🌟 All skills are allowed
🌟 Maps will be random
🌟 Just 1 participant per class
🌟 Have a Gambler and Assassin is allowed (only for Jester class)
🌟 There can be up to 5 substitutes in the whole event.
🌟 GMs and substitutes will be the only spectators
🌟 The battle starts when the time starts to count.
🌟 It is not possible to participate in more than 1 guild.
🌟 You cannot change from guild during the event, GMs will be checking each team member to approve his or her participation
🌟 Every suspicious activity as cheating or the usage of third program will provoke an instantly disqualification and ban for the team members.
Substitutes rules:
The five substitutes must be the same during the whole event and must be present at each battle, if it is not possible for someone to assist to the event, the guild master must let the GMs know.
If it is necessary to make a change on the team, you must ask the GMs and they will be evaluate the case.
You cannot use a member from another guild as a substitute
Rematch rules:
In case of a disconnection, the teams can agree to continue with 5 members. Anyways, they must have their replacements in position to continue.
If the battle is ended because the guild master disconnected, you will be able to start again, but only twice, at the 3rd disconnection, the other team will win by default.
If there is a disconnection after 3 minutes of battle, there will be a rematch but the score will be accumulative from those 3 minutes already played and the rematch battles will last less depending on how many time was consumed.
