Judging from your other thread you seem to have last played in Divinity. With that in mind I would recommend Isen since it is more the style of play you were last used to.
Jainus is the server where the big spenders with their overpriced IM gear live.
As for population, quite a few of the Origin players went to Isen since the gameplay there is closer to the crone-based economy they had in Origin. I would guess that Isen and jAnus's population are very similar.

Both servers are dead Rbf is dead and they hardly working to close this game!
Isen is more populated for like new players, jainous is full with old farts who boting 12 acounts in same time :D
