i bought a 20$ ultimate game card from blockbuster n went to put some rp's on when i made the stupid mistake of choosing 10$ payment rather than 20. so i go to put the other 10 on and it says that the card has already been redeemed....

Talk to Ultimate Game Card. It's happened to me before too. It's not anything that has to do with rohan, it's all on the UGC guys.
