Wagon Driver Staff drop

I found on wiki that evolution materials for Black Pig Bat needs Wagon Driver Staff and wiki said it dropped from Flying Pig(boss).

So I searched it since yesterday to get Wagon Driver Staff, but still not found it till now. Btw, I used my craftsman character to searched it.

Q : Is Wagon Driver Staff really drop from Black Pig Bat, because in Seal ED its from Stiff Horse.
