Id/password wrong

i cant log in into the game is says ID/PASSWORD WRONG, im pretty sure i type it right there is no CAPSLOCK on
im not changing my password or my game ID, and the "FIND ID, FIND PASSWORD" not working
when i tried to "FIND PASSWORD" for the second time there is a new notice pops out "you've reset your password less than 30minutes ago, please check your email" BUT when i check my EMAIL i find nothing. i tried to log in into website once and it says "no Account Information" please help me ASAP

Friendly Advice: You don't get support from forums. That is not what they are here for and the GMs will never solve problems like this because you posted your problem in them.
Use the support system. That is what it is for.
