At the beginning of the next hour after the start of the event, the next two hours if the GM is killed start an increased forge/refine/enhance event for the following two hours.
It is a team effort to kill the GM in the Coliseum, if we succeed to do so. We could get a 2-hour boost to forge, refinement, enhancement and drop rates
