what he means is "increase forge success rate event". I saw it twice already and help me forge my Jinn and Brit.
It usually happens around 4PM PDT when GM is online but only for two hours. GM will ask players to kill him and if he DIES, a 2-hour event will follow. Sometimes it is forge event. Sometimes it is enhancing event and drop rate event like yesterday.
gasparium is asking if there is specific day for this event. I can't answer the question. I don't know. So my advice is check every day between 3-5 PM PDT.
It should be at least 12-hour event to cater different time zones
