I mean for lv 70+ Items for safe forging and Enhance =) The Grade D is only for under lv 70 Items

Some B grades In the VIP benefits in game. Prolly the only way you can obtain them atm? Oh edit, I got a C grade from somewhere, But I can't recall where.
