They never been tradeable ever since release of any Rohan version.
Of course you could trade the dropped ASES. I used to buy them all the time on EM. Those sold in IM were called Radiant SES and ASES. Radiant, or IM SES and ASES could never be traded.
We have 100% ses tradeable ases can be untradeable for all everyone should care
