They randomly drop from mobs, the best way to get them seems to be through the vip system and in game events.
they drop ingame in dungeons, you can also get them from daily minor/inter runs or loging rewards and VIP system rewards
Where the Insignia in Dungeons ? Killed 500+ Monster and not 1 drop =/
daily login event gives them. click VIP and check what you got
You need to be lvl 40+ to mobs be able to drop them. Do know the drop rate for them is super low like ses low xD
