I am not Sure if its a problem! Mental barier does not aply on party members. It was possible on blood feud. So i am wondering, is it a bug or is it ment to be like this. If its not a bug the the skill should have some information on wheter its fo the character or for the entire party!
No even on blood feud they changed it, you can't buff other playersQuote:
