Apparently its easy to hit +35 now through inter dungeon so I would say worth. Most buffs are self buffs and are 5x as potent so having those transcendence lvls will make a huge difference.
max 20 fps in 2017... but at the same time, botting is legal now so you can log 6/12/18+ chars and farm the whole game by urself
