good items to pick up when on sale form IM

hey guys,

just wondering what items are good to pick up when on sale at IM?
i been playing a month and a bit now and now require end game gear.

so i was just wondering what you guys find is important to stack up on when on sale from IM.

so far i have gathered that shiny stones are always a bonus to have

and i have only seen deluxe abradant stones on sale once so i guess they are also good to grab as i heard thats only way go +12 a ring.

any other items that are a must have to further enhacne gear or just anything good to stack up on?
